The Yard, Leyton
A new development of five new houses on a tight infill site in Leyton.
The site was a vacant yard with boundary walls to the surrounding residential gardens. To reduce excavations adjacent to party structures the existing ground slab was retained.
The new buildings were constructed using timber frame, floors and roof. In addition, the adjacent house was fully refurbished.
Graphic Structures provided structural and civil engineering design through to completion.
